Reporting on everything from Redbridge to Romford, Chigwell to Dartford
The Time 107.5 local news team report every hour from 7am to 7pm on weekdays, and between 8am and midday at the weekend.
During the breakfast show we also run half hour headlines plus business and sports news at 7.30 and 8.30am.
Each weekday at 1pm there's an extended news bulletin including local sports, business and showbusiness news. To contact the news team call 01708 728463 between 7am and 1pm on weekdays and between 8am and midday at the weekend. Laura Foster
As a freelance reporter, Laura's worked in a variety of newsrooms including BBC Radio Nottingham, BBC Radio Derby, BBC Radio Suffolk, Oak FM and Rutland Radio. Her career highlight so far was working as a researcher/presenter for ABC News during the Royal Wedding.
She also really loves cheese and cupcakes.
Julia Greenaway
I'm a freelance Broadcast Journalist, and I love reading the news! I've always lived and worked in Essex. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, holidaying, and cooking!
I really enjoy meeting people and finding out new and interesting things.
During my career as a journalist I've interviewed Simon Cowell, Cee Lo Green, and Jools Holland.
Aaron Safir
Since finishing journalism college, Aaron's worked at radio stations in Cornwall, Romford and Southall. His passions are politics... and showbiz.
Guy Griffin
Guy joins the Sunday morning news team having worked at Canterbury’s Student and Community radio station as both head of news and station manager. Guy has a great passion for the news and current affairs but away from the microphone is a major car enthusiast and enjoys many road trips.
